There is a reason why residents are anxious. It appears that there has been a cut back on staffing. Social workers do almost nothing and the health aids are sometimes few and far between.

The Rehab Department is excellent. I have had no complaints about the nursing staff except for one so called nurse on the 3 to 11 shift. She is totally incompetent and should not be taking care of elderly people.

Mecial staff, RNs physician's assistant all provided sub-par medical care. Caused my mother to be septic from and indwelling catheter. In and out of the hospitaql for two months, kidney failure and dialyis. Charged room rate when she was in the hosptial to hold the room. They caused the infection but would nto take responsibility tried to blame the hospital or dialysis unit. Whne she went o hospice when she was dying they didn;t want to give her meds the hospice doctor ordered. Had to make caled to the medical director to finally have them agree. They stared the mediciane and the next morn ing an idiot assistent tried to get her upa dn out of bed when she was semi-comotose and she collapsed. I call the hospice and they came over to check up on her and reinforce that she was not to be taken out of bed or fed. Bunch of idoits there. Before they would admit had to get all of the financial information and once they saw that they could bleed all of my parents assets for a few month then thye accepted her and my father post stroke. He was also in and out fo the hospital with repeated bouts of pnumonia and finally died in the hospital in hospice.
