User Reviews

05/10/2013  -  An OurParents User Writes:

Mom was here for Skilled Nursing, and she liked the therapists and aides. However, much of the rest of the staff is awful. They have openly lied to me about my mother's rights and withheld information from me, citing HIPAA when it did not apply. The staff Social Worker is useless. Her job is to help residents transition to next-step care, but she never explained to us any of our options. Instead
her help consisted of giving me a phone number to a placement agency--for a type of facility my mom wasn't medically eligible for. Good riddance.

05/24/2010  -  An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes:

I would not let my Service Dogs in the facility due to it's deplorable conditions. Count your meds and have your family check daily, as medication errors are as frequent as rain in Pittsburgh. Discharged home without enough meds; staff at Aseracare their "own" homecare is so below substandard standard - I will assure you the JCAHO and all other accredation agencies are aware of the numerous problems that I have documentation of and/or pictures. DON'T LET A LOVED ONE STAY HERE PLEASE - put someone you absolutely despite in here, because no one except a very evil person deserves this place - no one - well maybe Jeffrey Dahmer.
