I wouldn't recommend taking your loved ones to this nursing home. The DON covers up a lot of mistakes that the nurses make, some of those mistakes being a risk to the well-being to the residents. Not all, but many of the nursing staff spend more time outside smoking or yes, even taking naps during their shifts than actually taking care of residents. There are many things about this nursing home that make it a horrible place to have your family members live at. Appearance is more important to the nursing home than quality care. The only good this about this nursing home is that the housekeeping staff work hard and keep it very clean, being held to high standards for their work around the building.

Response: Can you please give me more information about the DON covering up mistakes. Is there a specific nurse that is making mistakes
