This place used to be a decent place for my aged father, but now; it has gone downhill fast. My fathers room has had sticky substances on the floor for days, his hands are never clean, they may watch out for caring for any bedsores, but that is about it. The Physical Therapy department has changed over 3 times in the past six months and has gotten worse with each changeover. The CNA that is mostly on duty during the days is incredibly rude and nasty on many occasions and makes no apologies for her attitude.

Now, they have recently changed owners and have taken out all of the hand sanitizers that were in each residents room, being that most of these residents are not able to go to the restroom on their own and therefore able to wash their own hands; I would think that patients should be encouraged to wash or clean their hands on a daily basis. Not too long ago a cold virus went through the whole facility with the residents and the staff and many residents got pneumonia and a few sadly passed away, unable to fight the infection. The only staff that is helpful are the night time nurses and helpers, especially after dinner time is over.
