The overall service at The Hearthside was not very good. I have had experiences with some nurses that treated me with absolutely no respect and stripped me of my dignity and autonomy. My call bells have gone unanswered for over an hour at times, while I laid there in pain. I felt that my well being was at the bottom of the list many times. This was certainly not the place that it appeared to be from afar. I would not recommend anyone to send their relative or loved one to this nursing home.
