I am working on getting my family member moved from this facility. She has gone down hill so fast since being there. The staff seem to think they are the best at what they do and they really suck! I have cleaned up my family member more times than I can count. When a complaint is filed it seems to fall on deaf ears.

The social worker named Janice was the rudest, most arrogant person ever. She acted liked this place was a 5 star facility instead of it being on a special watch list because it was so horrible.
