Our family had a very poor experience in the skilled care wing. Some of the caregivers are dedicated, but they are severely understaffed. Administration is unresponsive to requests for basic services.

Mom started in assisted living, but suffered a series of falls, the final resulting in a fractured hip. She then moved to skilled nursing for rehab. Sadly, she died after becoming extremely dehydrated and unable to swallow. We found medical care spotty at best, In both settings. Administration was extremely slow to respond. Caregivers were, for the most part, dedicated and helpful, however, seemed severely understaffed on the assisted living side. We were not happy with care in skilled nursing, with the exception of physical therapy. They seemed to more on top of her care than the nursing administration. I wouldn't send my dog to this facility, all things considered.

Mom just left. She will never go back there. While there are a couple good nurses in the skilled nursing area, overall QUITE a disappoint. Broken call buttons, backed up toilets, Aids spilling bed pans, rudeness, they showed little respect to Mom. Employees seemed fearful - that's the best description. Very strange place, strange vibe.
