My sister was here from June - July 2017 and I was very pleased. They were organized, clean, and the staff was kind, efficient and professional. It was above my expectations. I believe it has improved dramatically over the years. The management is better.

I would not recommend this facility. I just had my parent transferred out of there. The nursing assistants were miserable and the nursing care is also poor. Currently this facility has a one star rating on the Medicare website. Avoid this facility.

Response: What happened to your parent? I currently have a friend that is there.

Response: What happened to your parent? We were looking at this facility

Response: what happen to your parent I have a parent there, i have a parent in there let me know, please

Response: Sorry for the delay. My father was transferred to this place for rehab after a hospital stay. They did not have his medications when he arrived and I was told that they couldn't get them for 1/2 days. As a nurse, I know that he should not have been accepted by Brandywine unless they were able to care for him. When my dad arrived and asked for a drink, he was told by the nursing assistant that "we don't do that here, you can only get drinks with meals, there's nothing on the floors." I know that is not true. At the very least they have juice for thier diabetic patients, at least I hope they do. My dad was there for rehab and they didn't get him up and dressed until after 2 in the afternoon.
