During our three-week rehap stay, 4th floor north, our experience was positive with all staff, expecially, the CNA's. What impressed me the most was the attitude, willing to help with a smile.

My parent has been at this facility a few months so far. Not impressed with the care and respect they receive from most of the staff and nurses. We are hopeful this will improve. They seem to be more helpful when we are around. I can tell by my parent's cleanliness what kind of care they receive when we are not there.

Response: It's been a while now, have you noticed an improvement in your parent's stay? I am interested because I am looking into it myself.
