Avalon Nursing Home is a small, for profit, nursing home with 31 beds based in Warwick, RI. At last check, the facility had 31 residents indicating that it is 100% occupied which is about average within the state of Rhode Island. The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident counseling services.
