The worst rehab experience ever with the exception of a few weekend nurses that actually cared about their patients. Waiting for over an hour for pain meds time after time. I wouldn't take my dog there for rehab its so bad !

Under staffed. Mom was there 1 month.
No one noticed that she wasn't responding (but was hacullinating - over medication) until a phone call was made to administrative staff. 3 hours later she was sent to Trident hospital.

Can't say anything bad about it really. The response to call lights could improve, as with most places. The staff, all of them, are very friendly and helpful. They seem to work well together to make my mother feel happy in her new home. They invite her activities and push her down there,a lthough I do wish they would add some new things to the calendar. I wish the place did not look so "sterile" with the white walls and all, but you can persaonalize the rooms, which helps. Thanks for all you do!!

Administrator is no good. She threatens paitents for very minor infractions. Care givers are only good if you can get the one out of 10 that is a good one. Over all the facility is clean would be a good place to have a family member if you did not have to constantly worry about them being threatened by the administrator or a staff member.
