User Reviews

08/30/2015  -  An Interested Visitor Writes:

Very poor management. More concerned about appearance of facility so as to attract new residents than the actual care. Staff and facility are not adequately supervised a great deal of the time. Meals are fast, inexpensive food with no variety or taste. Medications are mixed up, missed or they run out because they are not ordered.Bathing schedules/linen changes are not adhered to and residents' personal needs are not met. Residents are not checked on regularly. Management does not visit or talk to residents. Very slow response to call button. Pricing goes up every year with no improvement in services. High staff turnover. A great deal of undercurrent between management and staff which is known by residents and causes concern and unease for residents.
