At last check, the facility had 162 residents indicating that it is 99% occupied which is about average within the state of South Carolina. The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident and family counseling services.

My family member didn't want to report when staff was negligent because of retributions from the staff members. Stated that they would be slow to respond to a bathroom request or something similar. Also the family did the laundry but we still lost three pairs of pajamas.
