The location is about the best thing they have going for them. I will admit a couple of the CNA's are kind and helpful. Other than that the majority of the rest of the staff are not friendly at all. They get annoyed if you ask questions. Ive noticed on several occasions as I was entering and leaving that they were sitting at the desk on their cell phones and ignoring the lights from the residents call buttons. This place is not a place to expect your loved ones to be properly cared for.
