I didn't like anything about Magnolia Manor, except for the residents who live there. The exterior of the building, along with the inside is in need of some serious updating. Not only are you overwhelmed with Day Old Urine as soon as you walk thru the front door, but there are old water stains, black mold, holes in the uneven ceilings. Walls, doors, storage facilities, windows are worn from wear and age. And the place STINKS!! The floors were waxed and buffed to a shine which did not match with the rest of the facility, when other areas needed cleaning. It looked dirty and unwelcoming. What an embarrassment!

Neglectful, disrespectful and should be closed down. Exposed wiring, no hot water in some patient areas. Don't provide regular snacks and meals are sub-par. Regularly schedules a reduced amount of staff which leads to reduced/ inadequate patient care. Disgraceful.
