nurses at desk talking about her body chnges during current pregnancy. cna at bedside without obvious clue of job details. Client making racial remarks. Adminstrator with lack of concern when these issues were brought to her attention. Staff smoking in unauthorized areas. Poor management. Staff with lack of compassion for bedridden. neglect of clients observed and reported to linda johnson vicky shelly and emily oddell on 3 occassions without followthrough
