OMG! I was discharged from the hospital after 56 days to this place. When I got there the odorwas very evident. They said this is your bed and left me to fend for myself. It was hard to distinguish the patients from the staff. All of the staff was watching TV. I didn't know what to do or where to go. No one was helpful at all. I walked outside to use my cell phone and I got locked out. I knocked on every door and window and no one came to help. I called my husband and begged him to come and get me. He tried to call their phone and it went to voicemail. He drove out to get me and was tolf they didn't know who I was or where I was. He found me sitting at the edge of the woods on the ground crying. Then he asked them if I had my evening medication and again they didn't know. He took me out of there home with him. I needed round the clock care and it was a difficult choice to make. This place is not what I would consider assisted living. I was so upset and so was my husband. If you care about your loved one you will never place them there. I wouldn't leave my dog there. They were uncaring impersonable and it stunk I am so thankful I have a caring husband. Medical facilities need to take thi place OFF their list of options. HORRIBLE

This place needs new paint, better furniture, fewer patients in one room, and overall improvement. It is a depressing facility. It didn't smell too bad and the workers seemed nice, but several patients told me that some bad things were going on. They were afraid to say anything.
