10/20/2011  -  An OurParents User Writes:

I am very grateful for the care my Dad was provided while he was at The Inn at Seneca. We never had a problem with communication between the staff and our family. If there were concerns, they were always there to listen and help. Their services, friendliness, and support meant everything to our family. Thank everyone at The Inn for doing a fantastic job, especially when dealing with various personalities and needs of family members. You made our lives easier.

03/18/2010  -  An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes:

the staff does not check on residents on a regular basis, like they advertise. When the resident first moved in the location I would rate the services to be a ten out of ten but now the care and services has dropped down to maybe two. The personal service for hygeine and daily care is not there, with staff that does not care. I dont think the Inn has the proper number of workers and the administrated cares more about saving a penny instead of the care and safty of the rasidents. But the money for all the services are there, but the residents are not getting them.
