I went to visit a friend in the health center recently. I was very upset with the condition of the facility. It was very dirty. The worst part was the staff could care less about the residents. They couldn't even tell me which room she was in! A call light was on the entire time I was there and no on even checked on that person. Do not put your loved one here.

The new owners are not focused on the residents. They are extremely judgmental and superficial. The Marketing Diretor is untrustworthy. The staff is unfairly bbelittled. Mckendree has lost at least six faithful employees due to the Marketing Diretor. Do not put you loved one here! They do not care about them!

McKendree Village has the nicest staff. They were very kind and loving to my grandmother.

Response: The night staff are definitely not up and awake, don't tell and management won't ask.
