09/18/2013 An Interested Visitor Writes: There are some good and some bad staff there like any other place. Some of the CNAs there are only there for a paycheck and treat the residents like dirt but act so kindly in front of other staff and family members. There are some really good CNAs there that actually care about the residents but others just throw them around like nothing just so they can be done as quickly as possible not even caring about that resident. One of their nurses (a man) is one of the worst i have ever seen! He is not one that you want around your loved ones. He likes to hit on women constantly and lies just so that he doesnt get fired. He has lied about many things and has gotten a few women fired for things they didnt even do! of course they didnt investigate it, but yet they have CNAs there who have stolen off of those residents and they still work there! The DON there really needs to stop only associating with hiring people and start associating with everyone. Because of that she has no idea what really goes on there.They have let some good people go because of that, people who actually cared about those residents. The DON really does care about the residents but is oblivious to the things that really go on in that facility. She needs to get closer with the CNAs because those are the ones closest to the residents, but i guess shes too good for that! So many wrong things happen there behind the closed doors and something needs to be done about it! Something needs to be done about all the things that go on there! People need to realize you cant judge someone just by how they act towards you, you have to really get to know them like the DON needs to do because like i said earlier they have fired good people there because of what someone has said (lied). Its ridiculous! Do not take your loved ones there. Mostly because of the DON, the nurse, and a select few of CNAs.

02/28/2012 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: Stay as far away from this place as you can get. There are a few good people there but they are way out numbered and out ranked. Such as by the DON that is one of the major problems in the building. She does not have a clue what is going on, she is never there when you need to see her, and when you do she acts like she is stoned on something. You can do better for your loved ones.
