I had a great experience at the facility re: the care of my great aunt.

Shannondale does not care about their residents, the CNAs are lazy, the Nurses don't take pride in their work and the residents have their supplies and personal items stolen on a daily basis. The managemet let go employees who care and/or say anything about the treatment of the residents and the supervisors ignore the fact that residents personal items as well as their supplies are being stolen right under their noses.

The staff talk a good talk to you but they never follow through with any of your requests. Don't explain the routine, expect you to know. Very few if any commodities especially for a first time comer. Very dissatisfied.

Response: I'm a newcomer here, mom got very sick on the 11 to 7 shift last night I was never told, she did not eat or drink today and or tonight. no one seems to really know or care. The Cna will come in once or twice and never come back again. this is regarding a bed bound patient.
