Roxanne Davis has not worked for this property in a while. She was always helpful and polite. The things that you say hear are not true. She was fair. She provided us with a clean and safe place to live. I really can't say that now. This place has changed. We have no one looking out for all the mischief that goes on. I have been a long time resident for 26 years. I can't believe people are so mean to others.

My sister lived here. They kicked her out because she inadvertently checked something wrong on her application years earlier. Elisha claimed fraud and had her evicted on lies. Their attorneys wrongfully took my sister's SSI checks to pay for court costs, and my sister had nothing to live on the last few months that she lived. She died a few months after moving out. Their manager, Elisha, is very evil.

Response: Oh, Elisha, better known as ROXANNE. That beast is now terrorizing the old folks at Trevecca Towers.

Response: This place is Dogshit Hell. They allow their dogs to @#$% anywhere they want, grass, sidewalks, and nobody picks up their dog poop, though there are bags... but managment doesn't enforce it.

And people throw everything from their balconies... fruit, furniture, dog @#$%... you name it!

you don't want your people to live here!. IF you can manage to get ANY repairs done, rather it be health related or not then you have to call for 6 months and listen to all their excuses.
heaven help you if you need other help. come home one night and one of my neighbors had been sitting in the hallway in his wheel chair for 2 hrs and was begging someone to help him get back into his apartment.
you really don't want to park up next to the building because your car will be COVERED with food that has been thrown off balconies. the cat population is growing well. they will be out there all over your car scratching it up because they let them feed the wild cats and make them homes with roofs out in the tree line and refuse to stop the mess, that's IF you get to park closer than a city block from the door.
the gossip and rivals between neighbors is way up there.
and put a camera in your apartment to catch the employees from going through your drawers and medicine while your gone.
2 residents have access to everybody's apartment and the mant. people have burglary and things on their arrest records.
    choose for yourselves.

I have several family members that live here and the staff have been very helpful and polite. We have not had any issues with bedbugs either.

12/13/2012  -  An OurParents User Writes:

this is the worse place to live in Tn,bedbugs are just about in every apartment and the residents gossip and cause trouble ,the management lies constantly bcause they relay on the senior residents for info about other residents that live there

Response: You're right about the bedbugs. You can't get rid of them here.
