The caring staff here goes above and beyond to care for residents. I heard countless stories of attentive care from other family members. I don't know what Medicare uses to rate places but they got this one wrong!

Overall rating, staff helpfulness ,cleanliness ,quality of care all below one star. My father was there less than 48hrs and was rushed back to hospital. He was suffering from a brain injury. And we thought he was going there to receive therapy. I was appalled that he was put in a wheelchair with only his adult briefs covered with a blanket and pushed to the front desk and oft there for all to view..I requested he be put back in his room only to leave for a couple of hrs the next day and they put him in a reg chair in the activity room and left him alone when of course he fell right to the floor and injured his head again and had to return to hospital. Daddy was very groggy and slept most of the time and I just could not believe they put him a straight back chair at a table and left him! Needless to say we did not return him there. The staff was very disrespectful, the facility ranked of urine smell, nurses smelled of cigarette smoke and argued a lot in public. So please think twice before sending a loved one to this facility!

Response: i work their they don't care about anyone.allthey care about is money.patients lay in urine and fecal matter all day.some left in the bed all day.some get feed some don't.they treat their staff like dirt. they don't have enough help.they don't pay enough.they can't keep help.because of the way they treat their help.you don't even see the big wigs unless medicaid or medicare are coming.then here they speaking to you acting like little angels.and that is why i left. i would NOT PUT MY DOG THERE.

Response: from the way you write an answer(spelling,Etc)? i'd say you voted for Obama...and i'll stop there

Response: Do they offer health insurance for new associates?
