My mom was a patient at Green Hills and I can positively say she was very well cared for. It's unfortunate that some other post are negative but maybe that's because the family doesn't visit enough. We took the position to be "part" of the care process, knew the staff and participated in my mom's care. I guarantee you that the other patients and family members we came to know were very happy with Green Hills. Thank you to all the staff who made my mom HAPPY!!!!

Understaffed. Cleanliness is an issue. Lazy staff - leave patient diapers lying on the floor, infrequent bathing of patients. Food is good - excellent onion rings/cheeseburgers.
Not enough staff to feed patients who require help with meals.

My mother was in the Green Hills Health and Rehab for 7 weeks and we had nothing but the best care for her. I never had to worry about her and she loved her nurses who took care of her. I, too, loved the way they took care of my Mother and the others who each had different struggles. She was in the Alheizmers unit was watched constantly so as to not hurt herself.
I highly recommended Green Hills for any need.

The P.T. and O.T. services here are wonderful!! We are very disappointed however in the nursing care and communications.
