My mother has only been there for 2.5 years and they have raised rates by over %20 during that short time a$650/month increase since she's been there all this time claiming improvements and rising cost, etc. I'm sorry but inflation has not hit anywhere close to %20 and there have been no improvements with anything whatsoever. I have never been there when they have served a meal that I would eat They feed them a lot of junk white bread , potato chips, cakes loaded with sugar yeah that's a real healthy diet for people with mental disorders. The staff is not all that respectful either I once had got up from the dinner table to use the bathroom there only to come back to the table and find that my bottle of water I was drinking because I won't drink the water out of that place had been picked up and thrown in the garbage by one of the staff and at meal time they are always in a hurry to clean off the tables and don't give the old folks enough time to eat and my mother is a slow eater and they always rush rush rush at the dinner table oh and the toilet paper they provide is bottom of the barrell bad you'd have to use dang near a whole role of it to wipe your arse and then you'll walk around all itchy and scratchy from it. The owner is a greedy scumbag in fact I don't have much good to say about it at all AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE I'm going to talk to my family about moving my mother to a new location

My name is David Scharf and I am the owner of Bailey Manor. I am writing this to let the communities of Franklin County know that the prior review was from a disgruntled employee that unfortunately has written a review of our community that is completely untrue. Bailey Manor is a great community of compassionate care givers, who are licensed as certified nursing assistants, limited practical nurses and registered nurses, which far exceeds state requirements. Both of my grandfathers had/have Alzheimer's disease and I can assure you that the programs that Bailey Manor provide far exceed any in the state of TN. We work tirelessly for our residents' care, orchestrating medical orders through primary care physicians, our nurse practitioner who visits our facility(s) for routine care, our dentist that comes to the facility(s), etc. Our outreach programs include generous, spiritual, caring volunteers from wonderful churches and schools. Every Bailey Manor is a great community, but don't take my word, please visit any one of our communities located in Winchester, Manchester or Fayetteville and ask for a reference from a few of our current residents' families to speak on the care their loved one receives.
Planning for the care of loved ones with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia related conditions is very difficult and painful, Bailey Manor is here to help. Even if you can not afford our care, we are an excellent resource for families and we are more than willing to help. We really are an excellent resource for your family, please contact one of our administrators for more information!

This is the most poorly ran place I have seen , worse than any nursing home. They offer services they don't really provide and where is the experience at,all you see are young kids working there ,especially at nite.
If you place someone there make sure you do late night checks .And check the website out they still have administratores that have been gone for a while still contact info . What does that tell you .
