Lack of enough staff to care for residents and management over staff. Poor quality care or residents- days without bathing and brushing teeth.residents woken up at 5 to be up even if breakfast not served till 8a. Beds not changed for days, personal items used for other residents such as pull ups, if non available.Too much $$$$ to live there and hardly worth it.

Response: Sad see this in alot of places really hard to take a job when you know this is the way theses places are

Response: Pa theients deserve the best care possible just walked away from a place 28 patients to one cns. Wrong med s given poor attitudes total lack of concern for pts and co workers eord of wisdom treat people the way you would want to be treated

Response: With the pricing, I would suppose that our family should have rented an apartment and 24 hour nursing and been much better as far as housing and care for our father

Response: This must be a planted response. There is not one thing honorable about this abuse center of elderly. In my opinion, you could do better on the street.
My father was subjected to neglect, abuse and in-clean conditions.
We, as a family, should have sued this establishment. Dad was neglected, photos posted on Facebook without our knowledge in a compromising photo. Feces under his finger nails. Dirty diapers. And verball abused. Anything of value was stolen including hearing aids and nice clothes and tennis shoe.

Response: What a joke. I would think this elderly abuse facility should be closed by the state.
In my opinion, you should put your loved one on the street to experience my fathers lack of care. I appeared unannounced
Had to wait nearly an hour while the staff covered up his mistreatment. He still had feces under his fingernails. He was left in dirty diapers and his hearing aids, clothes, jewelry and jewelry was stolen. He had long sleeves on. His arms were bruised by what looked like fingers. But the most troubling event he was posted on Facebook in an unglamorous situation by a nurse

Mr. Gibbs very helpful and took his time on Saturday to meet me since I was from out of town. Very impressed with the facility.

Response: This comment looks to be planted. I could not even disagree more. Further, we experienced an absolute different experience. Avoid family abuse

Response: Come on, staff should not comment. Our experience prompted call to state
