The business office is the worst I've ever seen. If you have a loved one in the Craig, be prepared to dealing with problem after problem with the business office. no wonder they went bankrupt!

    My grandfather was ABUSED at this retirement home. There is currently a case pending against the facility. The 2 nurses that committed the offense are still working there.
