Patients are neglected. Beds not changed. Bedridden are not bathed. Please don't place your loved ones in this place.

Very poor care. I don't know how the management or staff sleep at night

Very, very poor place. I would not put my dog in this place. Management has no idea what is going on. Along with residents not being treated well same goes for the employees. Management cares nothing for residents or their employees. Very poorly managed. Corporate cares nothing for residents or employees. If had a choice to put my dog here or put to sleep I would choose putting it down. At least it would be quick and painless. Residents look so unhappy and not well cared for. Corporate for sure needs to get a clue!

Response: I understand they caused the death of my daughter before it would have been. Transported her to off site doctor with no cover in December and gave oral medication and left room when she was unresponsive.

Care continues to decline with current management! If you care for your loved one, do not place them the care of this horribly run facility!! The state does nothing as patients are neglected and ignored! Worst physical therapy department ever!!

Response: Physical therapy at Arlington Villa is horrible

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The administrator is not friendly or even cares about his employees. The only thing he cares about is his little mangy dog! He has made the moral go way down. I have never seen the moral so low in all the years I have worked here.

The level of care given to my loved one at this facility was only adequate on occasion at best. I witnessed staff speaking to residents rudely and seemed very short tempered with them. Staff was very difficult to find when I need to speak with someone and was met with disdain I expressed unhappiness with care. I would not recommend this nursing home.

Response: I agree.....horrific facility and it pains my heart I cant help every single resident. The nurses and staff are unfriendly, unwilling and uncaring. It seems just like a paycheck to these folks. I hope the state steps in and soon!

Good luck to you and your family

The worst facility ever. Poor residents sitin thier own feces and urine, too little help for the CNA's and the rudest , mean nurses who shouldnt have a license. Cherry, LPN didnt know the residents and gave thin liquids to a patient that clearly required thickened, sat in dining hall and ate while everyone else had to asst residents. The staff doesnt utilize safety measures to transfer pts and put pts in room or in wheelchairs to sleep.......I would never leave a family in this facility!

Response: I agree the worst place you could place anyone you love.
