My father must have a family member visiting at all times because we are afraid that they will kill him if we are not there watching. They do not have enough staff to adequately care for the patients. They are sloppy and inept.

Response: I so agree. This place is totally understaffed and don't seem to care too much about who they hire. I am afraid for my mom. We have to get her out of there.

Response: Thank you, for sharing your thoughts about onion creek. My Dad is there right now and Yes, they're under staffed. One nurse to about 15 patient at night. My Dad's room smells bad. I noticed it the first day he got there. Floors are sticky I hate sticky. I'm glad with our decision to move my Dad out of there. Good luck to all
