I would like to know what rules your providers are suppose to follow.
How do you know if in fact when a provider arrives at clients home and if they are actually cleaning the home as they are suppose to?
Are the providers allowed to take clients to go buy food, personal errands, errands to court house in their personal cars?
At what point do you cycle a provider from a client to prevent a provider from becoming to personally close to a client?
Does Medicare pay your company for you to provide home care providers to clients?
I need to know so that before I contact Medicare.
You may contact me via e-mail at: [email protected]
Thank You
