I reluctantly came here after having a stroke in the hospital. I was pleasantly surprised at the care and customer service of this place. If I ever need skilled nursing services again, this is where I would go again.

This place is a joke. I had to tell them to change my mom's diaper. It was never clean, they barely checked on her and now they are trying to keep her money that I put in trust fund for her.

Response: We have found my father in law, many times, diapers, that appear to be two days old. He is always drugged. Ask the aids questions, you come back later and find out they are all liars If your love one is white, you need to keep a close eye.

Please, under no circumstances, do not let anyone you love be taken to Crestview court. We had a nightmare time there. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. It was beyond description. If I could rate with a minus that would be more appropriate an answer.

Administration is inefficient

If you are a caregiver looking for help, this is not the place.
Great variety of food, poor communication (promise to call you back never do.), poor health care, no rest for caregiver, have to watch resident yourself, friendly, watched one resident not being feed because the food was not put in reach & another was not awaken, does not communicate with residents (even the ones that understand), given wrong meds, I could go on. Just be careful and watchful.

Response: I too am wondering if my loved one is getting the wrong meds!!! Can u responed to me about what went wrong,I need too know what signs to look for, knowing if I need to move them elsewhere.
