Staff at times does not know where to direct me to find answers...feels like the old runaround

1/4/11-We placed our mother who suffers from Alzheimers here for 5 days to allow our home care givers and father a rest. The end result is: I would not recommend this facility. The facility itself is very clean and wreaks of no urine or soiled linen. However; the RN care was terrible. Medications were not given - my mother came home w/same amount of some of the pills that were sent. When we've questioned the facility, we've been given exuses or that our mother "did not ask" for them. She has Alzheimer's and cannot speak. I could go on but the bottom line is; I would strongly not recommend this facility to anyone. If you care about your love one, do not take them here.
