My loved one is currently receiving care at Arbor House of Dallas. I only have one area of concern and that is regarding hygiene for residents. Particularly teeth brushing and showers. If your loved one has AD, they most likely are not remembering to brush their teeth and a caregiver should be monitoring this to ensure this task is complete. When they are suppose to get showers, alot of times they are just changed into clean clothes but the resident still smells.
Other than that, the facility is clean and the staff is helpful and courteous.
