08/28/2008 An OurParents User Writes: THE STAFF AT LOYALTON AT LAKE HIGHLAND IS VERY UNORGANNIZED AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK WITH THERE EMPLOYEES LET ALONE THERE RESIDENTS PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE APPLYING OR CONSIDERING YOUR LOVE ONE TO STAY THERE. ALOT OF THE CNA,'S OR RESIDENT AIDES HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT HEALTH CARE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS. ( I KNOW FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE) SO DO YOUR RESEARCH.
