This place is very horrible to work or live they want you to do lots of cleaning basically be a hebrew slave for 12 hours a day 7.50 an hour the resident dont go anywhere your relief is never on time the management veronica hire staff with backgrounds
Such as assaults i witness the manager give resident a pill that was found and the facility on the ground because one of the resident stated that she was in pain like who does that the management is all over the place unprofessional all over the place you dont get payed on time you have to hunt them down for your check
The other manager chris act like he wants to fight you nit picks you deliberately say things to get under your skin the resident are like traped they cant speak up for their self they hate living their but dont have any other choice the resident family are not bitify when they are in or out the hospital the facilitys are in horrible state houses just rigged up broken toilet tub no light bulbs and they are always out of sumthing i would not recommend this place to my dog this place should be investigated by the state ageing for the elderly austin somebody if you have a loved one send them somewhere else

Response: COHH would like to address some of your concerns; we are sad to here that you did not enjoy working at COHH you pay is based on Certfication and Liscenses if you did not have any of the following (CNA, CMA. LV etc.) then you and the company would come to agreement on pay and incase you weren't advised we give a raise after 90 days. Checks are paid on specific days of the month unless it lands on a holiday or a weekend.
All employees are subject to a full background check and COHH may only hire those that follow into the regulation of States rules and regulations.
COHH Administration and Management team is Very professional and we hold ourselves as well as our staff to very high standards so we may provide exceptional care to our residents.
Our residents all have lived at COHH for long periods any where from 2-4 years and have the opportunity to relocate to any facility of their choice, so residents that seemed unhappy has the right to leave at their desgrestion.

All our homes are located in the suburbs area of Fort Worth ranging from a 4-7 bedroom homes we provide maintenance regularly or as needed

State has conduct investigations and found the allegations you ot other past employees have made we unsubstantiated.
We appreciate your review and COHH will diligently work to make corrections so this maybe a more pleasant place to work for individuals such as yourself.

Response: This place is a joke you guys treat your people like crap

I hated it there whenever I used to work there I just recently quit because this job is full of it.. first off we don't get paid enough at all.. they got us working these 12 hour shifts doing tons of work for 7.50/hour which I think it's not fair because other caregiver jobs pay about 9.50/hour then on top of that checks always coming in late because they don't have direct deposit so if you needed to pay a bill or had plans to do something you cannot rely on them and it seems like the assistant manager be purposely cutting hrs off your check so you're getting less than what you actually worked. The assistant manager is really rude and lazy as hell.. the residents hate it there they feel like they are trapped and they also complain about the meals..they hire any and everybody because they are desperate.. so to all the new people that's thinking about applying there I suggest that you don't do it.. it's not worth it at all

Response: COHH Appreciates your response, and are sad to hear this was not a pleasant experience for you. COHH we like to make ypou aware that opu worked a 10 hour shift do yo two 30 minute Breaks and a 1 hour lunch. COHH comes to an agreement with any staff hired on, in regards to the pay and incase you weren't informed COHH will give a raise after 90 days based on your work performance.
If you were a Licensed CNA than you should have received a pay rate based on Certifications and experience. COHH would have assisted with pay for your CNA License after a year of employment with us.
As for Hours all hours are signed prior to receiving your check and they may be reviewed and corrected so all staff may get paid the correct hours they have worked.
I would like to inform you majority of our residents have lived at COHH anywhere from 3-4 years and it is their right to seek and additional facility if they believe they are unsatisfied.
The assistant manager does have work heself and if requested or seen that an fellow staff member was in need of assistance it is in there job duty to assist.

We thatnk you for your review and COHH will work to make corrections where needed to make this facility a more suitable place to work.

Thank You

Response: you are not a resident, they dont even know how to work a cell phone, cause they are all in their 70s. this is a fake review, trying to make this place look better...VERONICA.

Response: Yes. Literally none of the residents here have internet access on a regular basis nor would they think to review this hell hole. Definitely office staff (Probably Veronica herself.) writing this.

Response: COHH Thanks you for your response, I would like to make all parties aware that COHH does offer Wifi to all residents that have Cell Phones, Tablets and laptops as well as a facility computer that they have access too.
COHH would also like to ensure the current parties that our residents have lived at COHH for over 3 years and they have the right to leave at anytime they feel or believe the proper care is not being provided.

    Thank You for your reaponse

Response: This review and the replies has me in TEARS!!!! Be nice.

All I can say is they are full of crap. They lie about everything. Especially the lady manager. The pay is nothing anyone can ever make it on. Checks are always late. And hours are never correct.Residents hate being there. Most of the residents don't have any other options. They will set anyone up for failure.

Used to work here, my 2 Co workers almost got into a fight. Two residents were secretly having sex to the knowledge of the supervisor. They wanted me to lie to the state inspectors, they started firing people who knew too much dirt about the company. They wanted you to work overtime with no pay. They had a bad worker to patient ratio. They're being sued by families of patients and ex workers, the woman supervisor does have a criminal record. And I just sued them for a lump sum and won. They don't know what they're doing.

Response: Old people can't have sex with one another anymore? Is there no such thing as freedom for these folks anymore. I think you need to mind your own @#$% business.

Response: The reviewer is saying the management was saying 2 residents were having sex. I worked here and was told the same story. So mind YOUR business!

Response: that was my one star review and whoever told me to mind my own business, your probably Chris or Veronica or you wouldn't be that upset. thats why i sued yall for 2000 dollars. and yah mad abt it.

Circle of Helping hands is a good company they actually care for there residents , they have fired several employees that only came to make a paycheck. The employees that were unprofessional (ghetto) and lazy did not last long because they didn't care for they residents. I give them two thumbs up for caring who they bring into the facility they are fair and caring company that won't let people who don't have a heart or respect the elders could stay so if your not there its more likely you failed to care and do your job. This field isn't for everyone but for those that stayed in know that circle of helping hands is going g to be big for there structure. God proctects them and is blessed by the almighty.

This is a horrible facility for care and work. They injure those that are in their care and then try to transfer them out if something serious happens so they aren't liable. The assistant administrator got into a physical altercation with an employee. They hire people that do not have the knowledge or proper skills to handle patients. The staff are highly incompetent and they hire those that desperately need a job. Some employees have criminal records. The assistant administrator has a criminal record to include theft. They charge rates all over the place. DADS has been called on them numerous times. They cover up a lot of lies. They have poor nutritional plans. Do NOT send a loved one here.

Response: I used to work for them and they were horrible.

Response: Circle of helping hands has always paid employees the company stays in communication with all employees we failed to recieve any additional complaints,if we can assist I'm any way please contact us. Our company provides such fairness that terminated and past resigned employees seem to always re-apply. If we can assist Please let us know

Response: They probably always seem to reapply because they know Yall will hire anyone and anything that moves.

Response: "Circle of Helping Hands has always paid it's employees" Ha! When I worked there I once went six weeks without a paycheck. I complained multiple times do that's also a load of bull. After simply asking another co-worker that was close with the [awful] assistant director if she knew when we might get paid, I was forced to sign an unlawful contract stating I wouldn't talk to anyone about the paychecks again. What even???

Response: one time i told Veronica my check was short, she had the nerve to try to explain to me how it was right and if i look at it her way, it made sense. i told her, "if i look at it your way, you owe me even more." long story short....the b**** paid me what i was due.
