User Reviews

02/05/2014  -  An OurParents User Writes:

This was previously a five star facility until Breanna King Executive Director and Cheryl Franklin, DON blew in from the street. Now they have a new Executive Director who is excellent, but he needs to fire the DON, ADON and SDC. They do not care about the direct care staff who work the floor and provide care to the patients and they are dumb as doornails. The DON Cheryl Franklin is old and has Alzheimer's and the ADON Priscilla has been an RN less than a year and doesn't know squat. Autumn leaves and sunrise are better choices for memory care. Stay away from Garden Terrace unless you are an employee and even they are treated poorly.

11/07/2010  -  An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes:

They don't seem to care whether they get your medicine for your family member or not. It has been 5 days and they still have not gotten my husbands anxiety medicine. I went 3 times a day to give him his from home. This is so uncalled for. I had to go to the pharmacy myself and have my husbands refilled so they could give it to him. They get real hate ful if you say something about them.
