I agree with LP - These people are awesome! Very caring, dedicated and sweet staff. From the person who answers the phone, to the head nurse. I talk about them all the time! I vote them the "Best of Friendswood" ...my mom loved Rebecca!

The agency has an exemplary record with both the State of Texas and Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services. For truthful information about this Agency, feel free to review data on "medicare.gov" look for "home health compare". This Agency is not and has never been under investigation for fraud or any other crime. The party who wrote this review is not a credible source. My Father was taken care of by this Agency until he needed to be on Hospice and they even helped me with problems with the Hospice Company after he was no longer a patient. Anyone who uses them will see the difference. I believe the only problem they had was using a Doctor named William O. Lee, who called me at work one day to talk about how "Bad" the Agency was! Not sure what his problem was, but for certain he sounded like a lunatic on the phone so I told him so and then fired him. It is my understanding that he was fired from being the medical director because of his bad behavior and for having a medical assistant (yes, that's right...a medical assistant!) take calls for him and give orders like an MD on the weekends. So....don't believe the "bad" post here....it's just simply not true.
