User Reviews

09/10/2013  -  An OurParents User Writes:

Staff is inconsistent and defensive. Especially nurses. CNAs are over worked - large number of residents need total care / assistance. Facility is older but mostly clean & maintained. Dining room very small with 80% in wheelchairs. Food is good to poor depending on time of day and day of month. Lacks variety and nutrition. Some staff clearly have a good relationship with their patients. Others are just processing the widgets.
