Ashford Gardens is run by a bunch of uncaring professionals. All head staff is running on blind eyes and deaf ears. My mon is there and within 1 week all new cloths was stolen. I spoke with three other family members and they said the same thing. This please need a clean overhaul. I beleive all the head people are related to be covering up for each other. This can not continue. I have got to help these poor precious people that are there that depend on this facility for help. There is lots more but too much for me to continue. I will report this.

Run, don't walk away from here. Forget the Medicare or state rating system! My father passed away in September and I am convinced his year long stay here contributed to his death. Staff is apathetic and lazy, management is clueless and unresponsive, decor is dated, and dining room is not clean. Mostly the problem is the bad attitude of most of the staff, and that translates into very poor resident care. Just go away from here. There are better places in Houston for you or someone you love.
