Understaffed they are sometimes rude ,too rough , need new director and owner to shape things up

The Director of Nurse Mary is very much in tune to the needs of the residents. She is not one to just say ok and never get back with you; she gets involved and make sure the job is well done. We need mone DON'S like her that shows dedication and compassion.

Response: This place is not the three star facility it's been praised to be depending on the time of day you will see staff on the outside corner of the building smoking or just hanging out. Patients that require feeding are often left to fend for themselves in the evenings they may wait till seven p.m. Some of the female staff is rough and impatient ,jerking and pulling the frail residents . The proper food for residents is poorly planned, corn dogs and mushy tater tots, sandwiches is often served, the staff is loud and often uses their personal phone when dealing with patients. There are some really diligent workers but they are often unavailable to assist patients due to the staff that slack off. Mary is nice until questions are being asked then she becomes offended and less friendly . Patients are not involved in any meaningful activities and there are no outside activities brought in. The decor is awful in residents room no curtains, bright colors or anything that would uplift a persons spirit. The location is poor perhaps because this and the patients not having a lot the staff has a uncaring attitude. Medicare and Medicade patients should get the same care patients with money get.
