User Reviews

My mother-in-law has been a resident of Cinco Ranch since July 2011. In our many visits, we have been pleased with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff has always been kind and gracious with our loved one. We have never heard a harsh word spoken by any caregiver to any of the residents. Our loved one is always clean. Many activities are provided to keep the residents engaged and active.

Worst place to put your love one. Caregivers are nice, however Rhonda Battee is RUDE. She always have an attitude. Carla the Adminstrator is lost. How did these people get these positions. Very unprofessional. I took my love one out.

Response: I totally agree

Response: Couldn't agree more! Carla is an idiot to say the least. She doesn't understand anything! She lets the good employees quit! And keeps the idiots. Yvonne is a back stabbed and the Food budget is a joke, did you know they get 4.25 cents a DAY not a MEAL. That's crazy! The residents deserve more than that!
