11/08/2013 An Interested Visitor Writes: The rooms are too small. Some of the nurses aides have too many patients to care for so the people do not get all the help they need.

12/01/2011 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: My mother was at Baywind Village for three months before passing away. From the time she went there, there was nothing but problems with the office staff. The office staff failed to document her proper diet and on more than one occaision she was given the wrong type food for her diet. The staff lied on several occaisions about billing and insurance with the Administrator backing them up. My wife finally dealt with insurance and pharmacy to straigten the problem out. Baywind never accepted responsibility or apologized for the employees lies.
