I was appalled by the unprofessionalism and work ethics by the staff and their Director. When I tried to speak to the Director about the issues in which I was concerned about she proceeded to let me know that she could not do anything to help me until I gave her the patients name and after doing so the Director hung up on me.

Response: I know the director whom you are talking about I had a familiar incidentnot two months ago.

Response: WoW! Very odd, I get the opposite treatment. They have gone above and beyond with taking care of my mom and help me anytime I have any issue at all..Just thought I'd share my experience.
