My mom has been at This facility for close to 6 mos, no major issues. Anytime we have a concern or request, it is met. The food is absolutely great and the dietician is warm and caring. My mother's face lights up each time she sees him. As well as several other staff there. When placing a loved one in any facility, be involved in their care plan, genuinely get to know the staff and residents. Visit often at different times and call. It's very sad to hear other residents express how much they wish their son, daughter or relatives would visit.
