Beautiful facility unfortunately poor management, constant turnover of staff, lack of trained employees to engage Alzheimer residents. Would not recommend Seasons or trust them to care for a loved one.

    Response: Hello,
Thank you for visiting our facility, we constantly strive provide the best care possible. I would ask anyone to read reviews posted by families who have placed their love ones with us for a long time. Please check different websites.
Like everyone in this industry there is a staff turn over, no matter which facility. We at Seasons have core staff which has been with us since we opened that is around almost 2 years
We have a Activties director who is in charge of all Activites. Most Activites are geared for residents with dementia & Alzheimer's.

Most important of all we have the best resident to staff ratio in the city. We provide
Personalized care and cater to all needs of the residents.

I would sincerely encourage families to use other websites to check us out, and read about us. We at seasons try sincerely to provide best care.

Description of Seasons Alzheimers Care and Assisted Living in San Antonio, TX

Seasons Alzheimers Care and Assisted Living offers assisted living, memory care and hospice services and amenities for seniors. Assisted living is a good solution for seniors who require a little help but desire to preserve their self-reliance. Why choose assisted living? Studies reveal that living near peers and participating in social activities leads to a more fulfilling life. With assisted living, you'll find senior-friendly living options and a dedicated staff. Communities have additional services that include 24-hour supervision and security, emergency response systems, access to licensed nursing care, chef-prepared meals, and assistance with grooming, dressing, and bathing. Housekeeping, laundry, social programs, and local transportation are usually provided, too. The personal interests of memory care residents at Seasons Alzheimers Care and Assisted Living are always honored and respected. Along with the care and detailed attention they receive from specialists in Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, they are encouraged by dedicated staff to pursue the things they love, and always with a spirit of compassion, trust, and teamwork. Memory care is different from the care provided in assisted living, requiring a dedicated staff that is skilled in techniques unique to memory care. Residents live in private or semi-private residences with twenty-four-hour support. Three healthy meals a day plus snacks are provided, as well as housekeeping and laundry services. Structured activities designed specifically for memory impairment support mental stimulation. Grounds typically have secured areas, such as walking paths and gardens, for residents to enjoy. Behavioral therapies, continence care, medication management, and assistance with bathing and grooming are provided as well. Seasons Alzheimers Care and Assisted Living provides a low-maintenance lifestyle and the assistance seniors need to enjoy retirement. With comprehensive assisted living, memory care and hospice services, and with a caring environment, seniors can feel relaxed and secure. An assisted living community provides help when necessary with the goal of supplying the services required to stay as autonomous as possible. Memory care gives a higher level of attention, brain games designed for memory enhancement, as well as secure, comfortable living arrangements. Call today and discover how Seasons Alzheimers Care and Assisted Living is the perfect fit for seniors requiring assisted living, memory care and hospice services.
