The administrator was very unprofessional and quick to temper. Not able to discuss concerns with her at all. Would not recommend this facility at all as long as she is there. The nursing staff was great.

    Castleview Nursing & Rehab has recently remodeled and is the only facility in Stephenville with ALL PRIVATE ROOMS.  We offer 37 large private rooms for Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay, and Long Term Insurance Payor Sources. We accept early stage Alzheimer's patients, but do not offer a locked unit.  Our rehabilitation programs are designed to maximize the patient's improvement and minimize their stay.  Our multidisciplinary team will assess individual needs and coordinate a plan of care to assist the patient in becoming more independent, and help them to retun home.  Our residential care is directed by the resident's physician, and coordinated by our skilled professional team.  We strive to personalize the care of each resident to meet individual needs, and promote a sense of well-being.
