i was here three days, came in as a diabetic,in renal distress,as a total care patient, and almost died from lack of diaper was only changed once a 24 hour period.i had to find a way out of there,my call light did not work,no food,no sugar tests!.GO HERE ONLY TO DIE!!

Response: How this place is still operating is beyond me, the staff and "doctor" could careless about the patients, they have poor work ethics, non professional, they make excuses or argue when they are challenged with a complaint. My father was there a week before I arrived in Texas, the doctor there had no knowledge of his medical history which could have been easily obtained, they hadn't started his physical therapy, or given him a bath, he wasn't even registered in at the this facility. My dad's room was infested with roaches, in his bed and drawers, it was like pulling teeth to get the nurses to help him (change his bed linen, empty his urinal, clean around his bed, empty the trash). I took my father out of that place fast and in a hurry and no one has called to ask why, no concern whatsoever, my father he's doing great, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone it should be shut down.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! unless your seeking revenge on them. The place smells of urine terribly No one ever knows what???s going on or answers questions. They do not care for patient property. Things get lost or accidentally thrown away. How you would accidentally throw away large items that are obviously not trash is beyond me. My Loved on became dehydrated twice and got bedsores in the short stay here. Please stay far away. GOD BLESS YOU and good luck.
