Citizens Medical Center is a small, for profit, nursing home with 20 beds based in Victoria, TX. At last check, the facility had 17 residents indicating that it is 85% occupied which is about average within the state of Texas. The provider accepts only medicare.
This nursing home and assisted living facility, is located in a hospital. As of November 2012, the medicare rating for Citizens Medical Center, was 5 stars. Only 10% of nursing homes have 5 stars in Texas. Important to note that this facility has recently improved and has gone from 4 stars to 5 stars.
