I made a huge mistake when I listened & trusted the staff at Twin Pines. I removed my Father less than 72 hours after he was admitted to their facilty. Their lack of care, compassion, professionalism and medical knowledge amazed me! Their equipment, in the rooms and durable medical equipment, was much less than sub-standard, outdated and in need of maintenance and repair. The majority of their staff was unknowledgeable, impatient and unresponsive. I was absolutely disguisted to see how the patients there were treated without respect or courtesy. I should plainly state that my statements do not apply to absolutely all of the staff but to a majority of the ones that we dealt with, it was infact the case. Please do your research before considering this facility.
