Aspen Care Center is under new management.95% of resident's have been placed at other facility's on very short notice as a family member I was not happy about this.95% of the staff were laid- off due to this change.They have no night nurse.The resident care has gone down,the facility is not as clean as it was,nursing staff have been found sleeping on there shift.
